I want to congratulate you on having two of the finest sales representatives with who I have ever had the pleasure of working: Ron Lloyd and Jim Elsloo. As you know, on Saturday, January 5, 2008, mife, Mary, and I purchased a 2007 Kia Amanti from your dealership; and Ron and Jim were our sales consultants. You and the entire management staff at Bob Sight Kia need to know that these two gentlemen along with you, yourself, made our car buying experience a delight. As a manager, you know that if a customer is in any way dissatisfied, you hear about it. Customers, however, are usualyy not as vocal in giving praise. I, however, believe in giving credit where credit is due; and I really want to compliment you, Ron, and Jim on your fine work. I want to give high fives also to Mike in F(inance) and I(insurance). He did his very best to secure for mary and me the best interested rate that he could find, and I really appreciate his professionalism and efforts to provide us with excellent customer service. In sum, Tom, I sincerely beleive that Mary and I will remain satisfied customers; and I will not hesitate to recommend Ron and Jim to anyone that I meet who is in the market for a car.
