I came to Bob Sight Independence Kia to see Mike Cowley because I was referred by a friend that asured me that Mike would take great care of me. I was very skeptical about going to a car dealership because of a couple past experiences, that left me with anxiety about even taking a drive down Noland Rd. But I had to find a car because mine had been stolen. I told Mike what I was looking for and he took the time to show me what he had in stock and also called me on a couple of occasions when something new came in. Mike suggested that I look on the Bob Sight Kia website and when I saw something that I liked invited me to come back for a test drive. He sent me home with the car that night giving me a chance to see that this really was the car that I wanted. Because of my past experiences I had made the decision to be a smarter shopper this time. In doing this I used Kelly Blue Book to do price comparisons to make sure that I would at least have an idea of what the price range should be for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. When I checked on the car that I was interested in at Bob Sight I saw that the car was very reasonably priced. Mike made sure that I was comfortable that I had gotten a good deal and closed the sale. Still I was skeptical because I thought the hard part would come when it was time for the financing. I was wrong again. Even though I didn't have a very good credit rating and had a past repo on my credit report they were able to work with me and get me a fair interest rate. Before I knew it I was leaving Bob Sight with the keys to my new car feeling confident that I had a reliable vehicle, feeling good about the deal that I had made and feeling so thankful to Mike for all of his help. I would definately refer him and Bob Sight to any of my friends or family that are looking to buy a car. And in the future when the time arises for me to purchase another car I would feel good about coming back to see Mike again. Good experience overall. Have to go back when somebody there can help with Bluetooth phonebook. Car came from Olathe. Got home - battery cables very loose.
