I had been trying to get another car, but the car dealership that I had been with for years, wouldn't even deal with give me, they just gave me the run around and then said they couldn't help me. But I had brought 3 other cars before from them, and referred three others that All brought cars from them. I speak with a rep from Bob Sights, and in 1 day he had put me in a Brand new KIA Soul?! Thank you Bob Sight for all of your Awesome help!
Jack Spence is great! He made the process of getting my KIA serviced quick, smooth and efficient while never making me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. I especially appreciate that he took the time to have the technician explain and illustrate why a little bit of grease from the cv joint is not cause for concern at this time. I'm not easily impressed, but I am impressed with Jack's level of customer service. For that reason, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
Today, I'm going to share a story of Fire and Ice. If this city was westeros, the Kia Dealership would be the Seven Kingdoms and the staff would be the ever expanding soldiers in the armies who conquer it. In a time where service on Cars are full of shady deals and whispers of little birds on the streets, bob sight Kia has ruled over car service for many ages without backhanded politics. The staff, from the moment you enter the kingdom, makes sure you feel right at home. The estimated wait times and services provided leave no question to their infallible knowledge or procedures. The wait area, thrones of men before us, forged in war time, while comfortable and spacious, still allow you to finish business as needed or listen to the songs of day time talk shows to whisper their joys among those waiting. The staffs attendance while waiting eases every heartache or hindrance, in which elsewhere you would ask for a trial by combat and be met with a Mountain. It's centralized location within the metro means you won't have to traverse leagues of the seas or any Great Wall to reach the landing you require. The prices fair, much unlike the unsullied, offering service to the highest bidder, Bob Sight Kia always pays their debts and gives the price to service ratio. With Winter coming, you would be wrong to take your car regardless of make or model anywhere but here. I must remember that within a season, I'll be back and I'm positive I will recieve the same service and attention that I've gotten now. And now, my watch has ended.
Nate ALWAYS greets me by name and takes care of what needs to be done and makes suggestions as needed. This is not a place that every time you go they try to attach another product and that is why I continue to go back and trust these guys. Jack or I call him Jack "Flash" because he is always moving quickly, he closed my ticket and walked me out to my car. They even washed the dirt off my car at my most recent visit. There is a new Kia dealership near my home but I just cannot make myself go there because of the service I receive from Nate and Jack. Thanks!

I've been a customer with Kia (Independence) for nearly 3 years now, and the experience from dealing with a salesman to the service department is beyond phenomenal ! I haven't step foot at a different location for the simple fact that I have built a relationship with most the workers off Noland ! Definitely getting 5 stars !
